  • No Sale No Fee

We have had our house fall through 4 times now, since last aug2013, and I had the idear to use a solicitor who did not charge, if this happened, that was one of the best moves I have made.No compleation no fees. Why do people make an offer, get the solicitors working only to find they can not get a small mortgage, borrow from bank against buy to let flat[short term] pie in the sky, it has a dreadful knock on effect, as you are letting down your purchase each time, and its not your fault.
