  • Buyer making false claims

Ok I'm new to this whole thing so if i miss anything out please let me know, ok so I have just sold my parents house who are now deceased so I am the administrator, but today I have been made aware that the buyers of the house have made a claim against my parents estate saying that something's are not working like shower ect, which is a blatant lie because the house had a flood over the winter and the whole house was gutted and everything brand-new installed including bathroom suite new central heating system everything, the work was carried out by a contractor and was all in working order last week when I did a last check of the house before it sold, so I dont know what to do to resolve this issue any advice given to me would be greatly appreciated many thanks, Craig
