  • Do I pay Capital Gains Tax????

I am a half owner of a bungalow which is not my main residence- and considering selling. Can anyone tell me would I be eligible to pay any Capital Gains Tax on my share of the sold price? Thanks - Rockey

Yes, you will be liable to pay CGT, depending on the amount of the gain and what personal allowance you have left for the relevant tax year
This is based on my experience as a conveyancing solicitor in England, but I do not accept liability for information I give in this forum
