    just had valuation done on my vacant shop freehold premises by buyers any body know how long it will take for completion after this has been done am i looking at months or weeks here bit random i know but never sold any thing before many thanks trebor

    At the best, I'd guess 2 weeks to exchange contracts and another 2 weeks to complete, assuming no problems or unexpected delays - if there are problems, it could take much longer.

    I assume you have instructed solicitors and that they have all the paperwork and information they need
