  • Brit living in US buying property in UK

After inheriting some money, it is our intention to buy a property as tenants in common with my parents, brother and sister for my parents to live in. They will sell their home and buy a bungalow that we will own in the proportions that we contributed. My query is aboit the practicalities of instructing a conveyancer for the purchase when my brother lives in the US. He is here at the moment. Can he sign something for us to act on his behalf? Any thoughts to make the process easier would be useful. Thanks
