  • Airey/PRC/prefab

We pruchased airey house (ugly concrete house)in 1988. We were advised that it was on defective list but 'that works had been done to overcome defect'. We now find that the house is still defective and worth very little. Council are dodging all direct questions and refute any wrong doing. Council had a ring beam put in around bottom of posts but the house is still held up on concrete supports so is still classed as defective. Any help would be most helpful. We think we were excluded from the early grants available, any suggestions

Definitely recommend you take professional advice from a solicitor on this.
