Can anyone tell me what this means? It's mentioned in my estate agency contract but there's no definition and I'm not having any luck finding out about the term on the internet.

    Many thanks

Back to Back may refer to the board ie one agent one side and another on the other, or it can mean a contract of sale that is passed on to a new buyer usually with a mark up.
