  • Selling property - problem neighbour

My flat is on the market and I am in the process of completing a declaration form. One question I have come across is if I have made any complaints.
There was an incident last year in which I came back from work and my neighbour was drunk. He then pushed me in the landing and he was convicted of common assault.
The incident seems serious in black and white however the incident was only minor and I did not suffer serious injuries. In fact me and my neighbour are actually on speaking terms now.
How do I word this? Do I just put down "altercation with neighbour in 2014 which has now been resolved" or do I have to put down that it went to court?
