  • single bed in small room? (selling property)

Hi, just wondered if anyone had any thoughts that can help me? We are getting the house ready to put on the market, so many 'programmes' etc recommend you show your smallest bedroom with a single bed as people have 'limited imagination' etc. However we currently have a slightly smaller toddler bed in our box room, it matches current well presented decor and gives more floor space. Does anyone think its still important to show a full size single bed? (Afterall 3rd bedroom size is one of main reasons for us moving)
    Any thoughts or experiences welcome
