    hi guys i,m new to this.i am selling my house i built a conservatory 2 years ago without planning permission,buyers solicitors want this so i have applied to council everything ok,just a neighbour consultation thingy(sorry),they are fine with it,my question is "to speed things up can i still take out an indemnity policy even if i have applied for planning,cant really wait 21-42 days for council?thanks in advance.
