    hello,
    hope someone can advise me here, basically I used a very well established estate agent who did actually find a buyer within 4 weeks.
    My situation - 1, a second house up for sale with no chain. 2, buyer is a cash buyer (cash meaning from sale of his property no mortgage required). 3, my buyer also has buyer (cash again). 4, was told by my estate agent everyone want a quick sale in the chain. 5, I accept offer (very near to my asking price). 6 my buyer has said through his solicitor he is having no searches, and no survey.
    now my problem is I have heard nothing in 3 months apart from the searches and survey statement. my solicitor has sent another chasing letter and still nothing from them. the estate agent are not telling me anything when I call, so now I am getting really cheesed off, i am going to wait till after Christmas then going to demand answers.
    do any of you out there think i would be harsh to pull out and put it back on the market?
    the fact its all cash etc i would of thought it should of gone through now? the lack of info is annoying especially when im paying the estate agent and not my buyer i allways feel they fob me off when i phone (i only phone every two weeks) so i don't think i am an annoying customer.
    what do you all think????

    From your story i think yes you are....first oe you should check your contract...after that you should do something.
