  • Selling house with a steep drive

    But wonderful views!!
been on the market 3 weeks, no viewers yet. Spoken to EA wh says our 'hits' on RM indicate above average interest whatever that means.
Individual property so nothing similar to compare with nearby, but priced the same as similar floor-space properties nearby. Had new boiler last month, new roof 2 years ago, new flooring etc
Think the drive is a sticking point although hard to say when no-one's been to look.

Is it a case of reducing price? Not much we can do about the drive....

    Hi Bunt,

Base on my experience, regardless how well we renovate and stage our home, it is still important to price the home appropriately. I will give you some tips:

    *Differentiate from the Neighbors
    *Clean the Clutter
    *Sweeten the Deal
    *Improve Curb Appeal
*Get Your Home in “Move In” Condition
    *Pricing It Right

It's not that easy, we need to have a long patience and positive mind.
