  • How to sell a house with a steep drive..?

Our house has been on the market for 3 weeks now without one single viewing.
It's a 3/4 bed bungalow on a .35 acre plot with stunning views to the front , backs onto woodland and has access to country park at the back.

It has a long steep drive...we know this is a sticking point. Property is struggling to sell around here.

We are looking to re-locate- no rush really- and the area that we would like to live is very slightly cheaper.

Not sure if it would be worth reducing the price- it's quite comparable to other properties in the area, but it's hard in a way to truly compare as it's an individual property IYSWIM.

I'll have to see if I can post a link to it

3 bedroom detached bungalow for sale in Mottram Old Road, Gee Cross, Hyde, SK14

Any thoughts on what might get some viewers through the door.
EA seems to be doing all right things although communication is a bit poor....plus the details were wrong when they were first uploaded and it took 10 days to get a board up.....hmmm not that good eh??
