    Drop the price?
    Change Estate Agents?
    Give it a good clean?
Hard to say without seeing it and those that do dont view!

Thank you so much for your response, firstly I can assure you the property is very clean, has been freshened up with a coat of paint in all rooms and a new kitchen fitted.
I live in Surrey and the property is a great location, I don't think overpriced as I had a few valuations all the same.
I can't change Estate Agents as tied up for 12 weeks. I have spoken to them with my concern on lack of viewings and they have assured me that being a specialist type of property it may take longer to sell??
The apt has a wealth of original features , however, I wonder if not so desirable nowdays due to modern flats having larger rooms and better insulation?
I guess I will have to sit tight and keep fingers crossed for now, do you agree?

12 weeks isn't a long time - we're in a very slow market at the moment.
