    In the UK and other places around the world, there are home owners who suddenly find them selves looking at loosing their homes.     Informative post Ben. I personally like to buy property for cash in North and East London. How are you finding the market generally now that interest rates are so low and repossessions are slowing down?

      If they sell and rent back what security of tenure do the former owners have?
