Can anyone explain what the heck this means.

Its in connection to me selling my house and a letter from my solicitor asking a confirmation.

The propery belonged to my father who passed and left it to me.
The wording belongs to the hm land regisrty

1st schedule - RIGHTS GRANTED TO THE PURCHASER
2nd schedule - EXCEPTIONS AND RESERVATIONS
3rd schedule - OBLIGATIONS STIPULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.

The buyers solicitor has asked for confirmation that no difficulities have been encountered in exercising the rights granted as set out in the 1st schedule, and the rights reserved as set out in the 2nd schedule, and that no breach of the covenants as set out in the 3rd schedule.

I intend to ask my solicitor before confirming anything but was interested to know if someone on here can shed any light on the above.

    Thank you in advance.
