    I run a letting agency in Southampton which deals with the whole letting market, but we are specialists in Student lettings, the market here is very healthy for student lettings, with landlords being able to achieve much higher rental yields and much more favourable terms, i.e longer contracts and no void periods as the students search early in January and February to secure their accommodation for July, it really is a great market to be involved with.
