    good for landlords then if u can cover the mortgage payment

      Seems more and more landlords are popping up now as they don't want to sell their house at the ever falling prices and choosing to let their property while waiting for the market to recover. Good for us landlord insurers

        It's quite safe at the moment being a tennant! I'm not too worried, but I would like to get on the property ladder sometime soon!

          Yeah Im the same as you MovingNeverEnds.....being a tenant is very comfortable at the minute.

          Just playing the game of chasing the minimum deposit.....every time I get near to one deposit level those deals start disappearing and I find I need another 5%!!
