Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of applying to be a Local Authority Accredited Landlord

    Re: Local Authority Accredited Landlord

I'm on both the Leeds & Wakefield Local Accredited Landlord Schemes as well as being a ember of the NLA.

Being a member of the council schemes means you get discounts on some things like HMO licensing and some services by approved suppliers. The main benefit is the meetings they hod as you get to network with other local landlords and hear from the horses mouth what is happening in your local area.

    Would highly recommend joining.
