    Yep - I've seen this suggested elsewhere. Definitely interesting times for the UK property market.

      Absolutely, I mean if, as a homeowner you can sell your property and make say, £30k on it, then rent for a while whilst the property prices decrease, then with the interest you have earned on your capital plus the profit you made - coupled with the lower house prices mean you are a good chance of moving up the ladder more quickly...

      An interesting time indeed...
