    To avoid inheritance tax, a friend of mine from uni has bought 2 flats in Newcastle (jesmond) now, and they've always been populated.... so well worth doing.

      Lincoln is supposed to be great for buy-to-let. Not everyone seems to know there is a University there although not one of the more famous ones.
