    We all need to live somewhere. We're seeing a trend in Central London with tenants looking for more affordable flats to let. The bigger stuff is proving less resilient - rents are actually down by a similar margin. Recovery will depend on city recruitment over the coming months.

    Increasingly reminds me of the lettings market in 1992 when I first started out in the business.
