    I read the Negotiator Magazine and noticed an article regarding referral fees for a Tax Practice I have just received a cheque as promised and my client was happy too! has any one else referred any of their cleints?

    This is quite comment, i have been working for letting agents for 2 years now and this is how they gain landlords. i am starting up my own letting agency in my area and i feel this is the best way of gaining new cliants. If you pffer a fee they are more likely to refer you.
