    I have a few properties in London and have not seen falling rents but I think it also depends on location, where there has been a lot of new build, then supply of rental properties has increased. One example is Hackney-Clapton, excess supply over demand will reduce rents, but I recokon that with time the market will absorb the excess supply of properties.
