    What of the large fall in prices that is predicted over the next year? Doesn't that contradict this suggestion-seems a little pointless buying now only to lose £20k almost immediately.

      This is true, but then if you buy now and don;t sell then you have lost nothing...surely it is only when you ar forced to sell that you loose money..?

        If the market puts you into negative equity then moving may not be an option!

        I seriously think that this is just a homebuilder trying to drum up trade in the face of a falling market. They should be ignored
