    have you noticed the crazy situation at the moment, with the LIBOR rate being so high. Despite BoE rates being at 5.5% you can still get short term savings for 6.5% or even 7%.

    Rates are going ot have ot drop a long way to sort out these liquidity problems that the banks have.
