    It's not "official" yet, but it soon will be - housing in many parts of the UK has finally hit the affordability barrier.

    It's been nudging this barrier for over two years now and the Credit crunh has just given it the final push it needed.

      Yep - we've seen negative inflation in a few areas, such as the Midlands, so far - now the ripples ripple.
