    There is no indication that this fall should change anytime soon either.

    It was reported just before Christmas that there are just under a miliion Buy to let properties currently unoccupied. This just adds further pressure to the supply and demand of houses.

    The above twinned with the difficulties in obtaining mortgages would suggest still a significant downturn in the market.
