    There are also regional differences of course. If you live near to an oil field for example, prices may well buck the trend. At least Land registry prices are a reliable source of information.

      I'm sure i saw somewhere that they we're not including repossessions in that figure, and that the actual drop including these homes is around the 15% mark.
