    Both the the law of economics as well as the law of gravity applies to House prices . Affordability and confidence plus the ability to obtain finances are key issues here. When big store like Woolworths, a household name which has been around since time began flounders, it makes you wonder what is around the corner and what could possibly happen next.

      We have seen a slow down in the decline, but i still think there might be worse to come, as people (like me) continue to hold off the buying for the time being, until they see the market stabalise.
