    Hello,
I have agreed a price for a property in Sutton £240,000 for a 2 bed place. I agreed it a month ago - I am starting to think it would be silly for me to buy it now. i am a first time buyer. What do people think?

    Thanks

Have you signed any contracts to legally bind you to the sale?

Then consider not buying until you are sure - without signing anything, you're not yet liable for a sale.

Suggest at very least you 'chip' the price down. If you want to go ahead you need to build in any potential reduction in the market - this might work if the seller is struggling to move other units.
