  • Adverse Credit Mortgages

    Hi all,
Is there still such a thing as an adverse credit mortgage? I have some adverse credit due to a business partner doing a runner and leaving me with debts. I am also self employed.

I want to buy a property to live in initially, then probably rent out at a later stage.
    Any advice appreciated

    Re: Adverse Credit Mortgages

    Hi Leatherneck,

Yes - with a 20% (15% if you're score is not too bad) deposit then yes there are adverse lender's out there who can help.

Being self employed will not affect your application so long as you can prove income.

Please let me know if you need any further help.
