  • Do you think I'll get a mortgage?

I wondered whether anybody had any ideas whether I would be accepted for a mortgage. I have an appointment with an adviser on Tuesday but would be grateful for advice in meantime.

    I earn £35000 per year
Want to buy house for £110000
    5% deposit

Experian score is 999 but I went on to Check my File and they averaged my score at 811. Not quite sure why there is a variation?

I had two late payments in 2010 on my credit cards.

Credit card debt of £3000 that is no longer being spent on but cleared each month.

Previously had two mortgages which are now settled. Sold house in negative equity last year and have been renting for past year.

    Any suggestions? Many thanks!

My non-professional opinion is that it could be doable, but the limited deposit means your options overall will probably be more limited - however, see what the broker says.

your best bet is to speak to a mortgage broker who can offer whole of market access as 95% LTV mortgages are very limited at the moment.
