  • Problems with Buy to let remortgage products

Have been having an issue getting a mortgage for a property i own.
I bought a property 2.5 yrs ago at auction with some savings and by taking out a loan. I have converted this into 2 flats a and b. A is completed and has had a tenant for 5 months. B is at 2nd fix phase. I have recently split the deeds as well.
I have been having issues getting a mortgage for flat A. I have been told that I need a buy to let remortgage which allows debt consolidation. I will be using the mortgage to pay off a loan and then finish flat 2.
I have been having issues as some companies wont consider me for at least 6 months after the deeds have been split. Some you need to be earning over 25k which I currently don't unless I include the rent. My own bank has a rule that they dont do buy to let for debt consolidation.
not sure if any one has any ideas for buy to let products out there that I may not have seen yet.

    Cheers
