  • Low LTV on Benefits

I am looking to remortgage at about 50% LTV.

My wife and I have had no defaults with out current lender but we are both dependent on her disability benefits. Government is planning on slashing our mortgage help by 50% so need to get that interest rate down

Does anyone know of any products out there that might tick the boxes?

    Re: Low LTV on Benefits

You may be able to find a lower Mortgage rate with your lender and this may reduce your payments, but do take into consideration any fees you have to pay out including any early redemption charges as these may negate any saving you make on your new rate if you are not careful
    Best wishes
