We are thinking of buying our 1st property in London through an auction, refurbish and sell.

I am looking into short term loans and came across websites that offer short term mortgages for property developers.
Do you have any advice on that or anything to recommend regarding short-term mortgages?

    Many thanks

I hope you're planning on taking more than 6 months to refurbish it....

You'll find if you try to sell it after 2 or 3 mths that the buyer's lender will get very twitchy at the fact that you've owned it for less than 6.

All to do with the money-laundering regulations.

I am looking for the same advise? There are bridging loans available, but does anyone have any experience with these?
