  • making two separate mortgages into one new one

I have a house to sell and my boyfriend has a flat to sell. We both have over a year left on our separate fixed term mortgages with nationwide (they are not joint mortgages) we want to buy somewhere new together so when we sell will we both have to pay the early repayment fees or can we apply to move both our separate existing mortgages onto one property?

It is conceivable to consolidate the home loans from two properties into one home loan. To accomplish this, you would need to renegotiate by taking out a bigger credit on one home and utilizing the cash to satisfy the home loan on the subsequent home.
