  • Need to get qualified for a mortgage!

Hello all, I have been planning of taking a mortgage loan and in this perspective I have been getting the necessary information. What are the necessary requirements that are required to get qualified for a mortgage?

This is not such a straightforward question and I think it probably would be advantageous for you to speak with an independent mortgage broker to discuss in detail.

The basics will be that it would be good to have a deposit of at least 10%, money to pay of solicitor fees and associated mortgage costs, a secure form of employment or self employment and a good credit history.

Speaking to an independent mortgage broker is definitely the ideal solution as they will know exactly what products are on the market at this time.
