i went to the natwest to borrow 102000 fixed for five years just before there valuation survey of the property my buyer pulled out
i lowered the selling price of my property and some other buyers came in to purchase it as a result of dropping my price i needed to borrow another 2000 pounds so my wife looked on the natwest online calculator and to borrow another 2000 pounds it was almost 50 pounds a month cheaper as the interest rate had dropped
we contacted the natwest to borrow 104000 at the new lower rate fixed for 5 years
the advisor told us we would have to pay 2 mortgage arrangement fees
is this correct and can anyone help please

Did you actually accept in writing the first mortgage offer?
