      However I think HBOS want a larger slice of the cake now. They have reduced rates to attract more business.

        Hi, anyone with recent experience of Woolwich (obviously Barclays arm)
        we're looking at 60%LTV remortgage but I'm 'self employed' and have to cert accts etc
