Hi. Hope someone can advise how I should proceed.

The brick soldier arch sits at first floor level above a bay window and underneath a flat roof with raised parapet. One side has dropped by 10mm and the brickwork mortar courses above it has cracked. The brickwork was repointed many years ago and even that pointing has also cracked and dropped above the lopsided arch. Please see the attached photos.

A tradesman suggested the dropped arch was ok to repoint as is, so he did, but I'm now a bit uneasy about potential movement and collapse onto someone below.

I currently have scaffolding up to replace the flat roof deck, so I have easy access to the arch.

My question is: rebuild the arch and brickwork or should I seek the advice of a surveyor or structural engineer first?

Cheers for now.
