  • Referencing ????? HELP

Today me and my partner paid for referencing. we looked around a flat and it would be perfect for us ...

what will stop us from getting it... what sort of things do they check... i have a credit rating of 3/5 with only being young and never really paid many bills except monthly installments to my car insurance.

if any one has any advice, tips or information i would be very grateful.

    Thank you

I am an estate agent but have some dealings with referencing in the past.

As long as you can afford the rent (they can tell you that based on your earnings). As long as you have no defaults or CCJ's and your previous address reference comes back okay you should be fine.

If you have a default or CCJ they may ask for a guarantor.

Good luck with your new home!
