    Hi anyone offer advice how snall independent regional estate agent can use Rightmove, Zoopla etc without paying their large monthly subscription fee ??

    No way at all. You may get an introductory deal at a lower cost for say 6 months but that is it.

        Minimum 6 month contract unfortunately.

        Have you tried Zoopla or On the market ?

        Two alternatives that maybe cheaper for you.
