    Re: getting property back

Not sure what you mean by "Given" to estate agents.

Do you mean that you asked the estate agents to sort out finding you a tenant for the property? If you did that you are stuck wit h the tenants until their tenancy ends and it will depend on your agreement with the estate agent what you have to do to bring the agreement with the them to an end.

      Re: getting property back

Go to the estate agents office.

Ask for a copy of the contract you signed with them.

Ask for a copy of the contract the estate agent has with the tenant.

If neither of the above has your signature on then the contract(s) is/are null and void.

Separately, why do you need to 'get back' your property? Are you dissatisfied with the estate agent? Do you wish to sell?

If you selling, often the buyer will not mind having tenants in an investment property.
