    Stage 1:
    When there are more buyers then sellers, house prices tend to rise because the demand is so high for properties.

    Stage 2:

    Where there is the same amount of buyers and sellers, the Market will then become balanced.

    Stage 3:
    When there are more sellers than buyers, more properties are on market than potential buyers, therefore driving down property prices.

    From all market indicators and local sales feedback on property prices has indicated a shift from a sellers market to a buyers market. All indications are that properties realistically valued will create sales as buyers have waited for the market conditions to settle. We are experiencing a marked increase in interest from potential buyers.
