  • Question about setting back windows

    Hi all,

I hope you can help. We are in the process to fitting new windows to our property. The current windows sit flush to the face of the building but we were contemplating on setting them back and having an outside reveal but don't know the implications of this.

Do you know of any issues this may cause, anything we need to consider? What additional works would be required? Any idea of ballpark costs?

One last thing, we believe the house may be made of bungeroosh (TBC). Does this add any extra layer of complexity?

Thanks in advance for your help!
