Hi im going into partnership with 2 other people and buying a house that needs renovating. Between the 3 of us we have enough to buy the house and carry out the build. We have a company name but are set up as a partnership. How do we go about what name to put the title deeds in. Do we put it in the partnership name or our own names. We have a deed of partnership in place to say what capital we started with and how profits losses should be shared. Also would we have to say wether or not we are joint tenants or tenants in common. Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

    Thanks in advance

Presumably you should put the deeds in the partnership names, as you are treating this as a business so would need to put the business in as the owner.
