  • Typical cost of a ground floor extension in the south east - any ideas?

We are about to purchase a house which has planning permission granted for quite a large extension. We do plan to change the interior slightly and some of the spec could be changed to reduce the cost. I wondered if anyone could comment on how much per m2 the build is likely to cost?

I would expect the cost to be around £1500 a square meter also. May I ask where in the South East? I know an excellent electrician and plumber in Guildford.
