    Have applied for planning permission for conservatory, which should be granted. Restrictive covenant on property(1989) requires Transferor approval. Recent change at Transferor has meant a "directors fees" charge of £1500 for approval ( other properties have not been charged).
    Would a Restictive Covenant Insurance Policy be a good strategy?
