  • Supply teacher mortgage

Does anyone know the best lender to approach to obtain a mortgage if one applicant is a supply teacher (agency employed for 5 years) and one is a permanent full time teacher? Our joint income is approx £60,000 per annum gross. We have 41,000 deposit money and would require around 230,000 loan at 85% LTV. Also will we generally stand a chance?

    Thanks in advance.
